No prior field experience is required-entry-level roles welcome, as long as you are motivated, trainable, and safety-conscious. Certifications help but not mandatory; we will train you.

Full-time employees are eligible immediately. Some temp-to-hire pathways have prorated benefits, depending on state and duration.

Pay depends on role and experience; we offer competitive wages. Overtime pay for hours over 40/week and holiday differential applies.

Most roles operate on 8-12-hour shifts, with variation depending on project or emergency response. 24/7 coverage exists in disaster recovery.

Yes-many projects are field-based. Travel is typically regional, within the Gulf Coast and southeastern states. Overnight per diem and travel pay apply.

We promote from within. Technicians grow into Safety Tech, Equipment Lead, Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or Training Instructor roles.
